We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

During the first 14 days after delivery, your statutory right of withdrawal applies. From day 15 to day 30, returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

This voluntary 30-day return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Each lamp is individually handcrafted and carefully quality-checked before shipment. This process takes more time than the production of a mass-produced item, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

This product is individually created according to the customer’s personal specifications and is therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind. This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.
